ORIGIN Health Physical Therapy is an Out-of-Network Provider, which means we don’t bill insurance. Instead, we work directly for YOU—not an insurance company.

Can I Use My Benefits?

Yes. Many patients use their Out-of-Network Benefits to get reimbursed. We can provide a detailed receipt (called a Superbill) that you submit directly to your insurance company. Some Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) also cover our services.

👉 What if I have Medicare?
By law, I cannot accept Medicare for physical therapy services—even if you want to pay cash. However, you can still choose to pay out-of-pocket for wellness, performance, and preventative care that Medicare does not cover.

👉 Can I still submit claims to my insurance?
Yes. Most insurance companies accept self-claims using the Superbill I provide. Reimbursement depends on your Out-of-Network Benefits.

👉 How much does a visit cost?
